Our staff is what makes Flight Training Professionals stand out as the best choice for your flight training. We take the time to choose the best flight instructors available. Once selected, we conduct two weeks of training with our new instructors to ensure they are equipped to give you the highest level of training possible and never compromise safety. Our Instructor Standardization program consists of 40 hours in the classroom learning about customer service, the training syllabi, how to teach the required maneuvers and other operational issues. We also spend at least 16 hours flying with each instructor in our airplanes and simulator. The goal is to leave no stone unturned to make sure you get the best flight training in the industry.
